One of the most important factors I consider in choosing where to stay is its proximity to, not just local spots but to, major establishments. Hotel Oázis is within walking distance from the city’s major shopping malls, like Gaisano and Robinson’s Place. Meanwhile, to local tourist spots and other leisure centers, it would only take you around 5-10 minutes to reach them via their infamous orange tricycabs, which is the city’s main means of transport.
After getting dampened in the rain while having the time of our lives during the Kahimunan Festival, we went on to spend the night at Hotel Oázis. It was the most ideal at that moment, since it was just along the highway where the festivities were held.
I may not have experienced Hotel Oázis to the fullest because time and weather weren’t on our side, but these limitations made me want to go on snapping for more pictures. Although, it is easy for anybody to take perfect shots in this grand hotel because of its noteworthy mid-century modern elegance.
Despite the very limited time we had, we managed to squeeze in a bit of heaven in this urban paradise. To those having second thoughts, let me help you decide. Here are a few reasons why you should spend a day, or two, at Hotel Oázis:

Hotel Oázis gives you quite a number of options when it comes to accommodation, amenities and services. Taking pride in 211 room offerings, you get to pick from four types of room accomodations: Standard (158 units), Executive (11 units), Deluxe (7 units), and the Quad (31 units). I, personally, love the idea of the Quad rooms. While all other hotels offer the same type of rooms, Hotel Oázis has introduced a different room typology. The Quad is a perfect place where you can keep all your favorite humans in one room wishing to spend some quality time together.
All rooms are wired with Wi-Fi connection, cable TV and a telephone, and the usual hot-and-cold shower, mini bar and fridge.
Food choices
Their modern contemporary al fresco restaurant offers an extensive list of honest-to-goodness sumptuous dishes. Their breakfast spread and dessert specialties make up a good start for an unforgettable stay.
Amenities
Aside from the food, the hotel’s massive pool area is only fit for greatness. We made sure to spend time here as you wouldn’t really want to miss being around. They have two Instagrammable pools that aquaphiles of all ages can enjoy. Never had much time in the water, but I may have nailed some good photographs.
They also have function rooms for special occasions, like weddings and seminars.
