Zenfone Max Plus – More Than Just A Big Battery

Launched and unveiled late last year but it is only at the recent CES 2018 where the Zenfone Max Plus was properly announced. The Zenfone Max Plus (M1) is the newest member of the Asus Zenfone Max family.

Zenfone Max Plus

Dubbed as the Battery King, the M1 boasts a whopping 4130 mAh battery. It is so massive that it can last for 26 days (4G Standby) and 3G talk time, up to 13 hours of video playback and 21 hours of WiFi browsing.

The M1 also features the ASUS PowerMaster, a power management tool tool that helps in optimizing the phone’s battery life while giving out its full potential.

The M1 has more to offer rather than just the big  and a massive battery.

Bigger Screen

The M1 has a 5.7″ Full HD Full View Display (2160 x 1080 resolution) in 5.2″ body, an 80% screen-to-body ratio to be exact. A 2.5D front glass design for a better visual experience.

Here’s a screen size comparison between the M1 and Zenfone 4 Max. It goes to show that the M1 has a bigger advantage in terms of screen size and display.

Better Security Features

Aside from having a rear fingerprint sensor (0.3 seconds unlock, supports 5 fingerprints), the M1 has a Face Unlock technology. The M1 is the first in the Zenfone lineup to have such feature. It’s quite a feat for M1 having this technology.

Better Camera Options

A 16MP PixelMaster Camera and 8MP camera with the wide angle (up to 120° viewing) is a big addition to the M1. Taking photos with the Zenfone Max Plus M1 has never been this great.

The ZenFone Max Plus M1 is officially priced at P11,995 or around US$230. It is far cheaper compared to other mid-range smartphones.
