SouthWalk: Southern Heritage (2014)

SouthWalk: Southern Heritage (2016)

For those hobbyists that breathe and live seeing what others can’t see, the South Walk was more than a gathering, but a lifestyle. Photography enthusiasts from all walks of life are joining in this event to capture what Mother Nature has in store. Also, the whole concept of it is visiting heritage churches of Southern Cebu in the hope of basking into the history, origins and the cultural heritage that the people are upholding up to this day. This photowalk aims to also capture traces of the Spanish Conquest and its effects to the past and present society we dwell in.

Organized by the Drift Stories, this is the third time that The SouthWalk was materialized.

Would you know someone who is interested in doing a photowalk?

As a photographer, what are your expectations during the photowalk and how important is it for you to have a good companion as you take your snaps?

Hope to see you there! 🙂
