Last updated on July 15th, 2019 at 10:19 pm

Situated in a booming business district in Mandaue City, Bai Hotel is a sleek and modern business hotel that aims to provide a comfortable and vibrant environment for people who want to experience Cebu. Another amazing feature of the hotel is its location, it is very accessible to major and prime locations in Metro Cebu.

As we all know, most Cebuanos, including an adopted one like me, loves foods and we always wanted to get the best of what we paid for. Bai Hotel not only envisions to be one of Cebu’s top lifestyle destination but also to be one of Cebu’s top gastronomic hub.

Below are 5 dining outlets that everyone should check out at Bai Hotel.

Cafe Bai

Cafe Bai is an all-day buffet dining restaurant that offers different international cuisines. This spacious restaurant is located on the 2nd level of the hotel and it serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner to in-house and walk-in guests.

They say it’s the fun place to satisfy your appetite, I must say that it really is. Eat at your heart’s consent at Cafe Bai’s wide array of sumptuous and delicious offerings.

Recommendations:

! Yes, everything. Cafe Bai is an all-day dining buffet restaurant, sumptuous dishes on every food station is available.

Ume Japanese Cuisine

For those who love Japanese cuisine, satisfy your craving at Bai Hotel’s very own Japanese restaurant, Ume Japanese Cuisine. They feature made-to-order sushi, soba, rice bowls and a la carte yakitori, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes.

There are a lot of Japanese restaurant in Cebu but Ume is definitely a must-try. The ambiance is also great and not to mention, Instagram-worthy.

Recommendation:
Maguro Sashimi
– 5 slices of fresh bluefin tuna served in a beautiful boat tray paired with Sapporo beer and a shot of Nigori Sake.

Marble + Grain Steakhouse

Elegance and class within reach, that’s Marble+Grain, Bai Hotel’s stylish and upscale steakhouse serving the finest custom-aged USDA prime beef. Marble+Grain also has a wide array of wines and other liquors and aside from their famous steak, their menu also includes seafood, lamb, pork, and poultry dishes.

Experience fine dining at its best.

Recommendation:
Their juicy and medium rare USDA Prime 21 days aged beef Brazilian Rib Eye Steak is definitely a must-try.

The Pool Bar

This is one of my favorite spot at Bai Hotel. There are good spots in Cebu to gaze at Cebu’s skyline but the view from Bai Hotel’s Pool Bar is definitely one of the best. Have a magnificent view of the sunset while taking a dip in the infinity pool with friends or loved ones.

For selfie lovers, the Pool Bar should be on your list, trust me, you couldn’t find any spot better than this.

Recommendation:
Their Frozen Margarita is a good one to try while chilling out with friends at the pool.

Wallstreet Coffee + Bar

For coffee lovers, don’t fret, Bai Hotel certainly has a place for you.

At Wallstreet Coffee, your caffeine-powered drinks are served either hot or cold. Enjoy your steaming hot Americano or chill with an icy cool latte, whatever floats your boat. Frappes are also served here, in case you feel like having extra calories for the day.

Modern, fashionable and affordability, Bai Hotel is more than just an average hotel, it’s one of Cebu’s best destination hotel for both business and leisure travel and food-spotting.
