Ampersand: Casual Dining Redefined

The year ended with a bang for the Cebu Bloggers Society as Ampersand hosted the group’s year-end thanksgiving party.

Ampersand is a casual dining restaurant concept serving the highest quality dishes inspired by cuisines from around the globe.

It began in 2014 with a simple concept, to serve the finest fresh food and offer the best array of drinks to Cebuanos. Ampersand offers the world’s favorite dishes, sandwiches, salads and soups. Accompanied with a wide selection of drinks and cocktail mixes.

It’s led by Chandra Mercado & Tom Hines.

The Place

What I love about Ampersand is its ambiance. The rustic feel and the cozy atmosphere is one thing that made them good place to dine with your loved ones or perhaps an intimate drinking sessions with your friends.

The Food

I must say the they are one of the best restaurants in Cebu. From spicy to savory to light and heavy, their collection of sumptuous dishes is a signature that made them a top choice for casual and fine dining restaurants. Not to mention they are bang for the buck.

The Drinks

Their wide array of drinks is one good reason for you to keep coming back. If you’re with your special ones or with your friends, they will surely got you covered. Their world class and energetic baristas are always ready to give you the best drinking experience.

A must-try at Ampersand is their Original Cocktail Creations.

Creativity is truly the key for Ampersand’s success. Although Ampersand is relatively new in Cebu’s gastronomic scene, their audacity made them who they are and what they are now.
